June 2: German canmaking equipment manufacturer Billhöfer Maschinenfabrik has been acquired by the owners of Ukrainian food group VVIKO TOV. Today, a new manager was appointed.
Billhöfer, which makes sheet decoration and coatings curing systems, went into liquidation in May 2009 following a collapse in sales but failed to find an investor during a period of corporate protection.
