January 12: Muhtar Kent, the chief executive of the world’s biggest soft drinks company Coca-Cola, has described packaging as “the single biggest driver of sales increases in the world”.
Kent, who completed six months as chief executive on January 1, also commented in the interview with financial publication Smartmoney that some of Coca-Cola’s initiatives for growth were, “New shapes and sizes – a variety of new, more interesting packaging and new price points”.
