Paul Bulcke named as Nestlé’s next chief executive

September 21: In what has been described as a surprise move, Nestlé has selected Paul Bulcke to become its next chief executive.
Currently managing the world-leading food company’s businesses in North and South America, Bulcke, 53, will take over in April from Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, who has been chief executive and chairman for ten years. Brabeck-Letmathe will remain chairman.
