Perm Machine, a US-based supplier of spares and services to canmakers, has taken over the C&S Machinery Rebuilders business.
The acquisition of the Paterson, New Jersey-based C&S Machinery, for an undisclosed sum, continues Perm’s continued strategy for expanding its services.
“For over 42 years, C&S has been a quality supplier of Wagner coater parts, compound liner parts as well as rebuilt equipment,” Perm said in a statement.
C&S Machinery’s New Jersey facility has closed following the deal, and all engineering, equipment, inventory, and sales have been relocated to Perm’s main facility in Saint John, Indiana.
“Perm continues to increase its footprint both domestically and internationally with product lines of Wagner Coaters, HOE presses new and refurbished Wicket ovens, oven chain, Wickets, liner parts, Dexter feeders and stackers, upgraded Luthi Bundle Turners and rebuilt equipment,” the company added.
“Everyone at Perm is looking forward to working with the C&S customer base and treating them to a new level of quality and customer service.”
