November 28: A range of sweet and savoury kitchen sauces in aerosol cans were presented with the Trends & Innovations Award at the recent Sial food industry show in Paris.
The Airspuma range, described as a “light and airy sauce that enhances taste and presentation at the touch of a button” has been developed by UK-based Imaginative Cuisine Ltd and uses NouFoam Cuisine technology from ColepCCL.
