More than two of every three aluminium beverage cans produced in Europe in 2010 were recycled, the highest ever, says the European Aluminium Association (EAA).
The latest figures just released show that the recycling rate was 66.7 percent for the 27 EU states, the EFTA countries and Turkey, up from 64.3 percent in 2009.
