Italian canmaking equipment manufacturer Cevolani is offering a number of refinements to its high speed welders and a more convenient way of changing the cutting wheel settings on its blank slitter.

At the blank-feed end of the CBW2280 welder a calibration wheel for curvature control had been fitted, enabling the operator to make settings quickly. It’s a simple method of compensating for different tinplate tempers without the need for an automated system.
