A small-volume beverage can format has been relaunched in the UK by canmaking company Ball Packaging Europe in support of the recent launch of PepsiCo’s UK marketing campaign for a multipacks range of its soft drinks.

The 25cl size, often called the ‘stubby’, is a derivation of the familiar 65mm-diameter 33cl drinks can by being shorter. Pepsi UK licensee Britvic is marketing Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi and Pepsi as the first range of multipack cans on retail shelves in the UK this month.
