January 17: Brian Rogers has been appointed vice president of operations at Crown Bevcan Europe & Middle East. He has moved from North America, where he was Area Manufacturing Manager for Crown’s beverage can operations, and replaces Dave Francis, who has retired after 44 years with the company.
Rogers, 48, will be based in Paris and oversee manufacturing operations for the company’s 13 beverage can plants in Europe, the Middle east and North Africa.
