December 15: Timothy Donahue has become chief financial officer at Crown Holdings, the world’s largest canmaking company, after Alan Rutherford stood down from the position at the end of last week.
Rutherford, 65, expects to retire at the end of March as executive vice president of the Philadelphia-based canmaker following the transition of responsibilities. He will remain a member of the company’s board after his retirement.
