March 8: Australia-based Amcor is planning to increase capacity of its beverage can plant in New Zealand.

The Wiri plant in South Auckland, one of five run by Amcor in Australasia, has capacity to make more than 300 million cans a year for the energy drinks, soft drinks, RTD and beer markets.
