A second beverage can plant is being built in Vietnam by Asia Packaging Industries (API), the joint venture between Japan’s Toyo Seikan and Hong Kong’s Davlyn Steel Corporation.
A ground-breaking ceremony was held last week at the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park near Hanoi in Bac Ninh Province to mark the beginning of its construction.
