A Chinese-based canmaker is planning to “shake up” the North American decorative metal packaging market through its marketing arm, the JL Packaging Group.

Behind the move is Jingli Can Company which claims to have sales of US$100 million a year, five manufacturing plants in China and 4,000 employees. It already boasts a strong list of blue-chip customers in the US.
