Silgan adds to its closure operations in Europe

The twist-off closure business of Poland’s DGS SA has been acquired by US-based Silgan for 15.8 million euros (US$21.7m).

The business will operate as part of Silgan’s White Cap Europe business and incorporated into its existing metal closure operations, which are managed from Hannover in Germany.
