March 26: Singapore’s canmaking and flexibles manufacturer Superior Multi-Packaging has bought a metal printing company in China.
The acquisition of Zhejiang Guote Metal Decorating (ZGMD) for about S$1.8 million (US$1.3m) will enable Superior to provide a better service in China, which contributes half of its yearly sales of S$150m (US$107m).
