Food and drinks giant Campbell Soup has expanded its V8 range of vegetable juices into the fast-growing canned energy drink sector, worth almost $8 billion in North America.

Adding to its established V-Fusion range of mixed fruit and vegetable juice drinks, Campbell has introduced V-Fusion + Energy, which combines juice with caffeine and green tea. It is being sold in 25cl aluminium slim cans, each containing 80mg of caffeine, 50 calories, and no added sugar.
