September 10: Leading equipment manufacturer for beverage canmaking lines Stolle Machinery has bought the MicroFlex technology of Colorado-based Omnitech International, which closed its operations in July.
Microflex intellectual and property rights and other assets have been acquired complete, said Stolle Machinery’s president Gus Reall.
