That’s the final straw for WD-40 users

November 25: An aerosol can supplied with a permanent straw attachment

enables consumers to apply lubricant product WD-40 more accurately, and removes the risk of losing the straw.
 

The system, developed by WD-40 and called the Smart Straw Aerosol, features the straw to enable more accurate, concentrated application of the product. When the straw is folded down, the aerosol can delivers a standard spray for wider applications. Prior to the development, cans of the product were supplied with a separate straw attached with adhesive tape, which was often misplaced by consumers.
