Name change for tinplate maker Rasselstein

Germany’s specialist supplier of tinplate to canmaking plants, Rasselstein has changed its name to ThyssenKrupp Rasselstein GmbH to better communicate the links with its parent company.

Its tin mill at Andernach is the only German – and also the world’s biggest – facility for the manufacture of tinplate with capacity of about 1.5 million tonnes a year.
