December 3: Celebrity chef James Martin is promoting the value of canned foods in a campaign organised by industry body Canned Food UK.
Called Switch 2 Canned Food, the campaign involves 20 recipes compiled in collaboration with Martin, who has a weekly television programme and is also helping to promote the drive.
“The recipes found in Switch 2 Canned Food highlight that canned food really is for everyone,” said Martin.

“Switch 2 Canned Food is about giving you back the time lost in everyday life, while also helping you to have a healthier lifestyle.
