Japan’s largest canmaker Toyo Seikan Kaisha (TSK) completed the $775 million acquisition of US canmaking machinery supplier Stolle on Friday.
The move better enables Toyo Seikan to promote its TULC low-environmental-impact manufacturing technology for beverage cans to wider global markets.
