November 30: More beverage can manufacturing capacity is being installed in Vietnam, where the country’s demand from beer and beverage companies is one of the fastest growing in Asia.
Asia Packaging Industries Vietnam (API), a joint venture between Davlyn Steel of Hong Kong and Toyo Seikan Kaisha of Japan, is installing a second line at its plant near Hi Chi Minh City and plans to build a second plant in the north of the country.
