September 3: Japan’s leading packaging manufacturer Toyo Seikan is studying the Indian market with a view to building a beverage can manufacturing plant there, its chairman Hirofumi Miki (pictured) has revealed.
The project is one of four outside Japan that are either under construction or in the planning stages as part of an expansion plan to increase Toyo Seikan’s business in growing markets.
