Chinese steelmaker Baosteel and its canmaking subsidiary have agreed with equipment specialist Hanjiang to develop products using polyester-laminated cans. Last month a ceremony was held at Baosteel Central Research Institute during which a strategic cooperation agreement was signed by management from Baosteel Co, Baosteel Packaging and Hanjiang Machinery.
