April 22: Low-volume specialist metal decorating companies looking for sophisticated technology are targeted by the Mailänder 222 two-colour press from KBA-MetalPrint’s.
The machine is designed to take over from the workhorse sheet-fed 122A of which more than 350 are in operation worldwide. It features a print speed up to 7,000sph, automated plate changing, diagonal registration to compensate for plate tolerances, an anti-ghosting device and remote inking control.
