The growth in natural gas liquids (NGLs) production from the US shale plays and pipeline capacity additions has created an environment suited to the redevelopment of the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex (MHIC) in Pennsylvania, US, which would make it a key link in the global NGLs market, claims a report by IHS.
