Wisco-Nippon Steel Tinplate (WINSteel), the joint venture between Japan’s Nippon Steel Corporation and China’s Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (Wisco), is expanding the capacity of the tinplate mill it is building at Qingshan, Wuhan city, in China’s Hubei province.
