Leading supplier of aluminium coil for canmaking plants, Novelis will inaugurate the world’s largest aluminium recycling centre at Nachterstedt in Germany on 1 October.

The €200 million (US$263m) recycling centre has been built adjacent to Novelis’ existing aluminium rolling mill, and will enable the yearly production of 400,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot from recycled material, more than doubling the company’s recycling capacity in Europe.
